By ordering from me, you agree to the following terms:

1. I can promise to get your order to the Post Office, but after that it is out my control. You agree that I will not refund money because you missed the sale and the coupons arrived late. If you need them for a sale that ends the week you order, PLEASE have the order shipped Priority Mail. It will arrive faster.
2. You agree that your PayPal and CFM addresses match. If they do not and the order gets sent to the wrong address, I will not refund your money.
3. First Class Mail can take up to 3 to 10 business days , so I do not process refunds for "lost" orders until after 10 days from the shipping date have passed.  Due to changes in Paypals refund policy, all orders will have the option to get a refund minus the Paypal fees & CFM fees or a store credit or keep the order you purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. If I send you the wrong coupons, please email me on CFM and I will correct the situation.
5. Again, the Post Office has been severely delayed. Please understand that once I drop the order off, there is nothing I can do. Just wait until the PO delivers it and dont assume they will arrive by a certain date. 
6. You are not paying me for the coupons. You are paying me for my time to sort, chip and ship them. Hence, the non-refund because the coupons arrived "late or after the sale"
7. If any other problems or situations arise, please email me on CFM and I will correct or take care of the situation.
